Direct-to-Consumer Advertisements

These are paid advertisements for Chubbies that are written to be published across all social platforms to drive revenu towards certain featured products. They would be published on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat and were formatted to fit all guideline requirements.

This was a project where Mr. Rooter, a Neighborly company, asked for an additional piece that would go with this already made campaign. The first two images on the left were the assets that an agency made in 2019. The image on the right is the concept I came up with, designed by an in-house graphic designer, that added 2020 flair. I wanted the message to be relevant to businesses opening back up again, while following the Brand Manager’s request for a piece that would fit cohesively with the original concept.

The New Mover campaign is a three step process that follows a new homeowner from their first few days in a new home, to a few months after. This is used by Neighborly to promote themselves to newcomers to a neighborhood that any of their franchises are in.
